Our Chef and Owner

Will Rapp is a local entrepreneur, resident, and jack-of-all-trades who felt there was something missing from the Mid-Coast food scene; Up In Smoke BBQ was born!  


After building the smoker and food trailer himself, Will opened the business on July 7, 2018.  


Growing up, Will was immersed in the rich food culture of his family's Italian heritage and became an avid cook early on.  His family always focused on the highest quality and he brings the same ideals to Up in Smoke.
